Offredi worked for several prominent design firms during his career, including Cassina and Tecno. He was known for his minimalist and functionalist approach to design, and his furniture pieces are characterized by their clean lines, simple forms, and innovative use of materials.
 
Some of Offredi's most famous furniture designs include the "P22" armchair, which features a distinctive curved frame made from polished aluminum, and the "Boboli" sofa, which is made from leather and features a modular design that allows for multiple configurations.
